My name is Keri Schneider and this is my blog. I am a writer, photographer, cyclist and yogi living in Seattle, WA with my husband Jim, our dog Cooper and our cat Storm. By day I work as a business analyst helping companies to find system and process solutions and to make projects successful, but that’s only what I do and not who I am. Who I am is, in a large part, right here in this blog.
My goal with this blog is to chronicle anything and everything interesting in my life – things I find, experiences and opinions I have, and stuff I’ve learned along the way. If you like what you see here, please comment, link to me and tell your friends about this site. I hope you enjoy it!

I’m more than happy to field any inquiries, from use in personal not-for-profit blogs to commercial uses, but please do not use any of my photos without my permission.
For a little while I thought that I might want to blog about books, so I started posting book reviews. What I’ve learned is that I don’t really write reviews, I write recommendations. When I read a book that I love, I want to tell the world about it and can’t wait to write up a blog post about how great the book is. When I read a book I don’t love, I might rage about it in my journal, but I have no desire to go back over what I’ve written, edit it and post it for the world. I just don’t want to do it, I want to move on to something I will enjoy.
So, any books you see on this site are recommendations. If I receive an ARC, please know that if I like it I absolutely WILL blog about it. If I don’t like it, I won’t be mentioning it here.
